Returns and Cancellation
If you wish to return an item ordered by you on The Book Masters due to its damaged or defective state or simply because you received the wrong edition of the book, do not worry. All you need to do is email us at email@example.com within 24 hours of buying the product. We will guide you about how to refund the book to us for a replacement.
In order to cancel an item in your order:
- Log into your thebookmasters.in account and go to the ‘My Orders’ page
- Identify the item you want to cancel.
- Simply Email us the order ID and the specified product that you wish to cancel and the reason
- Our team will get back to you via E-mail or Phone and make sure to allow the cancellation
- Once your cancellation request is created, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible
You can cancel an order until it has been processed in our warehouse. Once we processed (shipped) your order, then cancellation is not supported.
Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?
Yes. You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (shipped) it, by contacting our customer support via mail
For payments made using a Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking and would like a refund to your bank account, please get in touch with our customer support team and your payment will be transferred in your account within 7-10 working days.
